All TM Horoz electric products are covered by the official manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period is 2 years for all LED products. Warranty and post-warranty service of products is carried out in our service center. Warranty work is performed for our partners and end users for FREE.  According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection"

• The buyer has the right to exchange the product of proper quality for similar from the seller from whom it was purchased, if the product did not satisfy him in shape, size, style, color, size or for other reasons can not be used for its intended purpose. 
• The buyer has the right to exchange the goods of proper quality within fourteen days, not counting the day of purchase, unless a longer period is announced by the seller. 
• The exchange of goods of proper quality is carried out if it has not been used and if its product appearance, consumer properties, packaging, as well as the settlement document issued to the consumer together with the sold goods are preserved.
• If at the time of exchange of a similar product is not for sale, the consumer has the right to purchase any other product that is available, with a corresponding transfer of value If during the established warranty period significant defects are confirmed, if necessary by the conclusion of the service expert, the buyer can receive replacement of the goods on the same goods or on similar, from among the goods available at the seller (manufacturer).

Requirements for products to be replaced:

• A valid guarantee;
• Factory packaging;
• Availability of all components;
• Lack of fur damage and interference in the design of the product; 

The goods are not subject to exchange if the installed product has failed due to the fault of the buyer
